- Responsible for managing complex software projects in the field of Semiconductor Test, including Pre-/Post- Silicon Validation
- Defines and executes operational plans and monitors performance to ensure the timely achievement of project objectives and according to the project life cycle.
- Contributes to Roadmap development identifying key software functionalities, features and tools; drive PoC prototype development
- Collaborates cross-functionally and maintain linkage to other teams
- Leads and manages a team of software engineers dedicated to meeting technical goals, schedule and quality commitments.
- Develops and grows individuals and the team
- Leads by example to establish an open and transparent work environment with a strong feedback culture and aim for continuous improvement
- Provide pre-sales support for the early customer engagements
- University degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 15-years of experience in software development and project management with at least 3-years in people management role
- Strong knowhow in software development methodologies, programming and tools
- Proven track record of experience in managing complex software projects
- Experience in the fields of Semiconductor design, DFT, or Pre-/Post- silicon validation areas will be a distinct advantage
- Strong team orientation, problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills (cross-functional, internal/external, cross-cultural) across hierarchy levels
- Strong coordination skills, ability to lead and influence x-functional teams
- Strong self-management, sets proper priorities
