Quant Analytics Associate Senior - SQL, Tableau, Alteryx
Job Description
Join our team to leverage your data analytics skills and drive impactful strategies in deposit services.
As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior within the Deposit Services and Fees Insights team, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering best-in-class data analytics. You will use your exceptional data mining abilities to drive deposit services and fees strategy and deposit portfolio management, while staying informed of industry trends.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of recurring analytics and reporting.
- Pull data from internal sources (via SQL) and maintain data integrity.
- Communicate data nuances and analytics findings to partners and senior leaders.
- Partner with strategy leads, Finance, Risk, and Product teams.
- Monitor competitor changes and industry trends.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis for potential product or fee changes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum 5 years in data & analytics, product management, or similar function.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field.
- Mastery in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.
- Confidence and passion for data and analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to query large data sets to solve complex problems.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience with analytics tools like SAS, Python, Tableau, Teradata, or Alteryx.
- Background in financial services or similar industry.
