As a Quality Engineer, you will ensure product and process compliance through data‑driven analysis, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will analyze non‑conformance reports (NCR), lead root cause analyses (RCA), coordinate engineering teams to improve on‑time delivery (OTD), support supplier qualification, and maintain quality documentation. You will also participate in internal and external audits and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:Analyzing quality data, including non‑conformance reports (NCR)
Leading root cause analyses (RCA), identifying trends, and driving corrective actions
Coordinating engineering teams to improve on‑time delivery (OTD) and RCA performance
Supporting supplier qualification processes in cooperation with the supplier quality team
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality procedures
Participating in internal and external audits and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Maintaining and updating quality documentation and reporting systems (CSMS)
Collaborating across departments to strengthen quality culture and process discipline
Bring experience with quality analysis, NCR/RCA processes, or engineering quality systems
Understand industry standards and internal quality procedures
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Communicate effectively across engineering, production, and supplier teams
Be detail‑oriented, systematic, and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities
Ideally hold a university degree in engineering or quality management
