Knowledge Centre India (KCI)
Established in January 2005, KCI in Gurgaon, works in close collaboration with the Global offices of Egon Zehnder. There are 5 teams that make up KCI: Research, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Global Technology Services.
Job Purpose Provide admin and billing support to local accountants and F&C on NetSuite. The team works on various tasks which are critical from the financial/billing point of view and are directional in nature. Deliver seamless quality is a key pre-requisite since financial data is involved.
Key Responsibility Areas
• Level 1 Helpdesk support for NetSuite queries from Consultants, EAs and local Accountants
• Assignment changes requests – financial requests related to billing client, currency, subsidiary change – duplication of the assignment process
• Assignment financial data sync between ORCH-MDM-NetSuite – monitor, review, coordinate corrections.
• Integration of NetSuite with L2C and ONG – testing functionality and coordinate enhancements
• Integration of NetSuite employee data with Workday – monitor, review starters changes leavers process, as well as work closely with Workday team and coordinate import improvements.
• Access control for Partner Center in NetSuite
• Other billing and invoices related tasks in NetSuite – credit note, client invoices updates, fee splits, final assignment closing in NS.
• Archiving of old invoices from former accounting tool, ABW
• Collaborating with Power BI team on reporting of Global Billings
• Aligning with local offices and recommending improvements to their Lead to Cash process
• Audit of Client invoices for DACH region

Attitude: Tenacious, results-oriented, hands-on, meticulous attention to detail, ability to multi-task and set priorities, strong customer service focus, good team player, a mature and professional demeanor.
Accuracy: is the key word here and people having experience in data clean–up or maintenance of large-scale disparate databases would be preferred.
Eye for detail: Ability to spot nuances of the job and understand each task in its totality. Ability to be able to take good decisions bearing in mind the bigger picture (bigger organizational goal).
Teamwork: Should be able to adapt himself/ herself in a team & show positive team spirit
Quick learner: Should be able to grasp things quickly and relate. Should be able to ask the right kind of questions.
Strong communication skills: Strong conversational ability and fluency written and spoken English is a must.
Computer savvy including good knowledge of MS-Office, ability to use online databases, search engines and websites to search for information; a conceptual understanding of data models and/or familiarity with data base administration tasks will be a definite plus.
Business knowledge: knowledge of global markets and companies, industrial verticals, industry classifications, levels of management, positions, and roles.
Experience: 0-2 years of work experience in any industry performing a similar or a related role. Previous tenures of any duration at organizations involved in information, research, management consulting, Database management products, or online library and information services would be highly desirable.
