Quality Analyst - L&D

Riveron India is seeking a Quality Analyst – Learning Content – L&D to ensure that all learning content meets quality standards related to instructional design, functionality, and learner experience.

Who You Are:

• You are excellent in attention to detail

• You have strong knowledge of QA processes and documentation

• You are good at eLearning course testing

• You are capable of LMS testing and troubleshooting

• You have strong understanding of instructional design principles

What You’ll Do:

• Review eLearning modules for accuracy, functionality, and instructional quality.

• Validate content alignment with learning objectives and storyboards.

• Test course functionality in LMS environments.

• Check multimedia elements, assessments, and navigation flows.

• Identify and document defects and improvement areas.

• Collaborate with designers and developers to resolve issues.

• Maintain and contribute to the development of QA standards, checklists, and quality frameworks.

• Support quality assurance across multiple concurrent learning projects in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in content quality testing

• Experience reviewing Storyline/Captivate courses

• Familiarity with SCORM testing tools
