Knowledge Centre India (KCI)
Established in January 2005, KCI in Gurgaon, works in close collaboration with the Global offices of Egon Zehnder. There are 5 teams that make up KCI: Research, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Global Technology Services.
Job Purpose
Researching, Validating, Correcting and Maintaining People, Company and Assignment records in our global database – Orchestra, from a Quality and Knowledge Management standpoint. Ensuring that the available information in Orchestra is always accurate and up-to-date at all times. The team works on various Processes/Projects which are critical from the Business point of view and are directional in nature. Accuracy is the key word here and people having experience in data clean–up or maintenance of large-scale disparate databases would be preferred.
Eye for detail: Ability to spot nuances of the job and understand each task in its totality. Ability to be able to take good decisions bearing in mind the bigger picture (bigger organizational goal).
Teamwork: Should be able to adapt himself/ herself in a team & show positive team spirit
Quick learner: Should be able to grasp things quickly and relate. Should be able to ask the right kind of questions.
Strong communication skills: Strong conversational ability and fluency written and spoken English is a must.
Computer savvy including good knowledge of MS-Office, ability to use online databases, search engines and websites to search for information; a conceptual understanding of data models and/or familiarity with data base administration tasks will be a definite plus.
Business knowledge: knowledge of global markets and companies, industrial verticals, industry classifications, levels of management, positions, and roles.
Experience: 0-2 years of work experience in any industry performing a similar or a related role. Previous tenures of any duration at organizations involved in information, research, management consulting, Database management products, or online library and information services would be highly desirable.
Timing: Willingness to work in shifts (includes night shifts).
Education: Graduate/ Postgraduate
