Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a QA/QC Lead to ensure the highest standards of quality across aviation infrastructure projects. The role requires expertise in quality management systems and a proven ability to enforce compliance throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality planning: Develop and implement QA/QC procedures tailored to project requirements.
  • Inspection & testing: Oversee material inspections, testing, and validation processes.
  • Documentation control: Maintain accurate records of quality checks and certifications.
  • Non-conformance management: Identify issues, recommend corrective actions, and track resolution.
  • Continuous improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance quality standards and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Aviation project experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
  • Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
