Analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights to support business decisions.
Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and complex joins to extract and manipulate data.
Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, and IT, to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Conduct deep-dive analysis on key performance metrics and identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are met.
Mentor junior analysts and support team development through best practices in analytics and reporting.
