About You:As a Senior QA Engineer (3 to 6 years of experience) at Fello, you will be responsible for ensuring quality across an AI-powered platform used by thousands of professionals. This is not typical web app testing. You will validate experiences where AI is embedded directly into workflows, from conversational systems to deep automation. You will partner closely with product and engineering teams to guarantee that every feature we ship is accurate, reliable, intuitive, and safe for real-world use. This role is ideal for someone who values ownership, attention to detail, and building a strong quality culture in an AI-first environment. This is a remote role that allows you to work from anywhere in India.
You Will:- Own quality for multiple features of Fello’s platform, covering both functionality and user experience.
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test plans across diverse workflows.
- Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing for fast-moving product releases.
- Validate AI-powered conversational flows, chat experiences, and generative outputs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and safe interactions.
- Evaluate LLM-driven responses for correctness, consistency, edge cases, and bias—ensuring fair, user-friendly outcomes.
- Test AI-powered workflows and automation tools that integrate deeply into agent and team productivity.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to debug and ship confidently.
- Contribute to test automation frameworks and drive QA best practices.
- Champion a quality-first mindset within a rapidly scaling startup.
- 3–7 years of QA experience with cloud-native or AI-powered applications.
- Familiarity with API testing (Postman, REST Assured, or similar).
- Direct experience testing AI-driven systems such as AI agents, conversational AI, or generative outputs.
- Understanding of AI evaluation and validation for accuracy, reliability, and bias.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially when handling unpredictable or dynamic AI workflows.
