Position: Senior QA Automation Engineer (Java + Selenium)
Experience: 4+ Years Experience
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi.

Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM IST
Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QA Automation Engineer with a strong command over Java, Selenium, and automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of
automation best practices, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality software at speed. This is a hands-on technical role where you'll be building robust, scalable, and
high-performance automation frameworks and test suites for complex applications.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable automation test frameworks using Java + Selenium.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers in an Agile environment.
- Create and maintain test scripts for UI, API, Integration, and Regression testing.
- Lead automation efforts from scratch and improve existing test frameworks.
- Analyze test results, debug issues, and work with development teams to resolve defects.
- Ensure optimal test coverage and maintain high quality standards across the product.
Qualifications
Required
- 4+ years of experience in QA Automation with a strong focus on Java and Selenium WebDriver.
- Expertise in building custom frameworks from scratch (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, BDD/TDD).
- Strong understanding of OOPs concepts, Core Java, and design patterns in test automation.
- Proficient in handling complex DOM structures, dynamic elements, waits, and synchronization.
- Experience in REST API testing using tools like RestAssured, Postman, or similar.
- Hands-on with version control systems like Git.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
- Good exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred
- Experience in performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
- Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker.
- Experience with BDD tools like Cucumber, Serenity, etc.
- Working knowledge of SQL and basic database testing.
