Job Requirements:
- Leading the end-to-end bid process, including scheduling and leading pursuit team meetings, developing content for RFP submissions, filling out questionnaires, creating compelling proposals and presentations and managing the proposal process from beginning through submission and beyond, including managing the process for Orals presentations and other follow up requests that are part of the pursuit.
- Developing and submitting compelling proposals and RFX pursuit deliverables that represent the win strategies, capabilities and value proposition of Everise.
- Coordinating with various internal teams, including but not limited to, sales, talent acquisition, regional operations, IT, legal and finance to ensure all aspects of a bid are addressed.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate proposal documentation, including proposal files, presentations, documents for submission and pricing information.
- Ensuring compliance with client requirements, regulations and industry standards.
- Demonstrate incredibly high level of detail orientation and project management skills to ensure proposals/pursuits are on track and successful.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a proposal manager, bid manager, solutioning or a similar role.
- Experience in managing proposals and bids for Contact Center BPO services.
- Demonstrated success in winning bids through effective proposal management.
- Strong understanding of the proposal/bid lifecycle, proposal writing and presentation development.
- Being well acquainted with the Contact Center BPO Market.
- Proficiency in using MS Office software, Teams and SharePoint.
- Expert in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Familiar with online bid portals such as Ariba and Coupa.
- The highest level of attention to detail is required to ensure high accuracy in bid preparation and review.
- Ability to project manage the pursuit.
- Ability to schedule/lead meetings, capture notes and action items and ensure timely follow up.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels
