The Role
The Proposal Leader is responsible for driving proposal strategy, consulting-led solutioning, and commercial deal shaping for complex ServiceNow opportunities. This role partners across sales, delivery, and advisory teams to build winning, delivery-realistic proposals, identify client opportunities proactively, and mentor teams as part of the COE business planning.

What You Bring Along
- Own and lead end-to-end proposal strategy for mid-to-large ServiceNow consulting deals across multiple accounts.
- Drive solution shaping, proposal governance, and win themes aligned to customer business outcomes.
- Translate client challenges into advisory-led proposals, not just platform implementation responses.
- Ensure proposal submissions are high quality, commercially viable, and delivery-realistic.
- Bring a strong background in delivery and/or solutioning (not purely sales)
- Build and validate scalable solution approaches, effort estimates, staffing models, timelines, and delivery plans
- Ensure proposals are grounded in real-world implementation experience, risk management, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with leadership to create repeatable frameworks for proposal efficiency and win-rate improvement.
- Run and improve a consistent commercial process across a portfolio of accounts including deal qualification and shaping, Pricing models and commercials, Margin considerations, Assumptions, risks, and dependencies.
- Orchestrate multiple functions across the organization including Sales, Delivery, Advisory/Consulting, Solution Consulting (SC), Product/platform teams (as required)
- Act as the “connector” who aligns stakeholders to deliver one unified proposal narrative and plan.
- Identify insights and opportunities before the client asks, demonstrating proactive consulting behavior.
- Bring a “client-first” approach to uncover transformation opportunities in workflows, operating models, and platform modernization.
- Build capability in proposal excellence and consultative solutioning across the organization.
- Systems thinking and ability to connect business, technology, people, and process.
- Outward curiosity and ability to inspire the same in teams.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
