Job Summary :
We are seeking a Project Manager with a proven track record in Project Management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Resource Management, and Delivery Management. The ideal candidate should have experience in JIRA, Trello, Basecamp, Asana, MIRO, and Desktime for project tracking, along with expertise in Vendor & Stakeholder Management, LMS, Digitization, and HPRM.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage end-to-end project execution, cross-functional teams, client interactions, and successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and timelines using JIRA, Trello, Basecamp, Asana, and MIRO.
- Resource Management: Optimize team allocation and productivity using Desktime and other tracking tools.
- Delivery Management: Ensure successful project completion by managing resources, deadlines, and risks.
- LMS & Digitization Initiatives: Oversee projects related to Learning Management Systems (LMS), HPRM, DRM, ICR & OCR Engines.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align goals and expectations.
- Presales & Post-Sales Management: Assist in proposal creation, requirement gathering, and client engagement.
- Scrum & Agile Methodologies: Lead Agile sprints, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Data & Reporting: Utilize MySQL, MSSQL, and Visual Studio - Visio to generate reports and process visualizations.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Project Management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Basecamp, Asana, MIRO, and Desktime.
- Strong expertise in Scrum & Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management.
- Experience in Vendor & Stakeholder Management, handling client communication and service delivery.
- Hands-on experience with LMS, HPRM, DRM, and ICR & OCR engines for digitization projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
- Knowledge of MySQL, MSSQL, and Visual Studio - Visio for data-driven project insights.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Qualification:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
- Certifications in PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master preferred.
- Experience in enterprise-level software development or IT projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while handling multiple priorities.
