Role Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring these projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality cloud-based SaaS applications.
You will:
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders promptly and transparently.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Determine the frequency and content of the project team's status reports, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Must-have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of overall experience with 3+ years as a project manager or related role.
- Proven project management experience in software development and delivery, particularly with cloud-based SaaS applications.
- Strong understanding of software development and web technologies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
Your base salary range and title will be determined based on the location, experience, qualification, skills, knowledge, level, and pay of employees in similar positions.
