Project Manager - India - JPMC

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to oversee and manage all phases of projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and exceptional problem-solving skills.

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely project delivery.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and engagement.
• Assign tasks, set clear goals, and track performance.
• Ensure effective communication across all team members and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the main point of contact for project updates, ensuring transparency and regular communication.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, senior leadership, and team members.

Risk Management:

• Identify project risks and create mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and address potential issues that could affect project timelines or outcomes.
• Resolve project-related conflicts and roadblocks promptly.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and apply lessons learned for future improvements.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Manage project budgets, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and staying within financial constraints.
• Track project costs and prepare regular status reports on budget, timeline, and progress.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in [industry type].
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.

Skills:
