Plan and execute biophilia and landscaping projects from mobilization through handover. Coordinate site activities, manpower, materials, vendors, clients, consultants, architects, and contractors. Conduct site assessments, monitor installation quality, resolve site challenges, track progress, inspect materials and plants, maintain project records, support BOQs and estimates, and complete snagging, reporting, and handover documentation.
1. Project Execution
- Plan and execute biophilia and landscaping projects from mobilization to final handover.
- Coordinate installation of indoor plants, outdoor plants, planters, container gardens, green walls, moss walls, felt walls, and other biophilic elements.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved BOQ, drawings, designs, and client requirements.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely completion of milestones.
2. Site Management
- Conduct site visits and assess site conditions, measurements, access, and installation requirements.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and vendors at site.
- Ensure proper placement and installation of plants and planters as per approved layouts.
- Identify site-level challenges and provide practical solutions.
3. Client & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, architects, facility teams, and contractors.
- Maintain regular communication with Project Managers and the backend team.
- Understand client requirements and ensure proper execution and handover.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates.
4. Material & Vendor Coordination
- Prepare and verify material requirements based on BOQ and site requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely material delivery.
- Inspect plants, planters, soil, accessories, and other materials before installation.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure materials meet required quality standards.
5. Quality Control
- Ensure plants are healthy, properly maintained, and meet approved specifications.
- Monitor installation quality and rectify any deviations.
- Conduct snag inspections and ensure all observations are closed before handover.
- Maintain project quality and safety standards at all times.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, measurement sheets, and material records.
- Track project progress against planned timelines.
- Maintain records of retained, replaced, delivered, and installed plants.
- Support preparation of BOQs, estimates, work orders, and project documentation.
- Prepare project completion and handover documents.
