ICF is seeking a Project Coordinator to support energy advisory projects. The selected candidate will support the energy team in standardize documentation of best practices and assist with operational needs across the group. Successful individuals will have strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
This is a 1 year contract position located either in New Delhi or Bangalore, India.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and Manage Project Setup Form, signed contracts, MSA, NDA’s and sub-contractor agreements.
Coordinate monthly “portfolio meetings” with project managers (PMs) to check on active projects, opportunity pipeline or any project related issues
Oversee process to solicit Contracts for new job numbers based on Project Setup form and contract. Coordinate IWO requests
Communicate with project stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and address any issues or concerns on behalf of the assigned Project Manager.
Working with and through assigned Project Managers to monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, escalating issues as needed.
Update CRM dynamics with the latest pipeline opportunities.
Coordinate PM/PC update of Monthly Forecast and periodic SAM updates as required by Dynamics team
Tracking and helping the team in clearing the suspense hour in timely manner
Oversee Portfolio Level Billing Tracking Spreadsheet
Verify project closeout activities have been completed by PM/PC including archiving of final reports, certificates, and billing
Oversee development and management of deliverable templates
Coordinate project data access/downloads
Oversee team share point, including project folders and other team resources
Basic Qualifications and Professional Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in finance & Accounting, Business Administration or any discipline
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are a must.
Expertise in data visualization tools like Power Bi and Tableau with experience in developing dashboards and reports.
Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
Proactive, collaborative, and positive attitude
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to dive into new projects and to come up to speed quickly

Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to create and manage timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
