Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a fintech, SaaS, or digital marketing environment. As a Project Coordinator at Pulse iD, you will assist in ensuring projects run smoothly by following up on tasks, maintaining project plans, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working on structured processes, and can effectively manage team members and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
- Assist in tracking and managing project tasks and milestones based on the project plan.
- Regularly follow up with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure progress on deliverables.
- Maintain and update project checklists and status reports.
Documentation and Reporting
- Keep project documentation (e.g., project plans, meeting notes, and task lists) up to date.
- Prepare and share concise status updates with the project manager and relevant stakeholders.
Meeting Coordination
- Schedule project-related meetings and document meeting minutes, highlighting key actions and deadlines.
- Distribute meeting follow-ups to all stakeholders and ensure accountability.
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support to the project management team.
- Assist with basic data entry, reporting, or tracking metrics.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience and Education
- 1-2 years in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Technical Skills
- Basic proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or MS Excel.
- Familiarity with APIs or loyalty platforms is a bonus, but not required.
Soft Skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive in following up on tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
