Key Responsibilities: 
 
A. Financial Modelling

Develop and maintain financial models to assess viability of green hydrogen projects ,programme designs, procurement structures, and project viability across hydrogen value chains.
 
B.Cost & Investment Analysis

Undertake cost analysis to assess investment requirements and cost drivers for green hydrogen initiatives and supporting infrastructure across its value chain.
 
C.Risk Management Support
Contribute to risk analysis and mitigation strategies to inform programme decisions and implementation tracking.
Support design of incentives, risk-sharing mechanisms and de-risking instruments for public and private investments.
 
D. Programme Support
Provide inputs to programme/project formulation and contract implementation from an economic and financial perspective.
 
E. Data Inputs & Decision Briefs
Support acquisition/management of cost and technical data required for modelling and analysis, and package results into leadership briefs

Key Skills required:

•Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance, Renewable Energy, or Management, with strong academic fundamentals
•Strong capability in building and maintaining financial models for project viability, programme design, procurement structures, and hydrogen value‑chain economics.
•Ability to assess cost drivers, investment needs, and infrastructure economics across the green hydrogen value chain.
Proven ability to provide financial inputs for programme formulation, contracts, and implementation tracking.
Skilled in managing cost/technical datasets and translating analytical outputs into clear, actionable leadership briefs.
Demonstrated experience leading engagements with Government entities and national initiatives in project or programme management.
