Key Responsibilities:
1. Market & Industry Analysis
Conduct in-depth market research to prepare sector/technology/price trend analyses relevant to green hydrogen and derivatives.
Gather industry insights and synthesize them into decision-ready briefs for Mission leadership to support programme and project development.
2. Programme & Project Development:
Provide technical inputs for programme/project formulation (e.g., scheme design, scope, eligibility, evaluation logic).
Support programme planning and monitoring at Mission level, including consolidation of progress inputs and risks.
3. Contracting, Bidding & Implementation:
Lead contract formulation, negotiation, and implementation processes aligned to project requirements.
Provide inputs on contract implementation and frameworks including performance monitoring, issue resolution, and change management.
4. Regulatory, Taxation & Trade Support:
Provide guidance on taxation issues, policy implications, and regulatory frameworks.
Support assessments related to international trade, cross‑border frameworks, and associated commercial considerations.
5. Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate with stakeholders government bodies, industry partners, consultants, and international agencies.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enable seamless programme execution.
Key Skills required:
•Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance, Renewable Energy, or Management, with strong academic fundamentals
•10-15 years of proven experience in the Renewable Energy sector, preferably in large‑scale or mission‑critical initiatives.
•Demonstrated expertise in managing and delivering multiple complex programmes and projects in dynamic, multi‑stakeholder environments.
•Significant hands‑on experience in leading and managing Green Hydrogen projects, with exposure across the production, handling, utilization, and emerging hydrogen value chains.
•Robust industry experience in hydrogen production, handling, and utilization, supported by a deep understanding of its technical, commercial, and operational facets.
•Additional experience in project implementation, contracting, taxation, and international trade frameworks is highly desirable.
