Responsibilities
Define and prioritize the product roadmap for the observability platform
Gather requirements from stakeholders (DevOps, SREs, developers)
Translate business needs into technical features and user stories
Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver features
Monitor product performance and user feedback to guide iterations
Skills & Experience
8+ years in product management, preferably in DevOps or observability tools
(Strong understanding of Application Performance Monitoring (APM), infrastructure monitoring, and cloud-native environments
(AND/OR)
Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Camunda, n8n).
Exposure to SAP, BI tools, or LLM-based features.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms
Understanding of multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and DevSecOps practices.
