Job Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and other teams.
- Gather and analyze feedback from users, sales, customer support, and analytics to inform product decisions.
- Clearly communicate product updates, progress, and roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritize features and enhancements to maximize value for customers and the company.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and up to date.
- Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of features.
- Define success metrics and monitor product performance using data-driven insights.
- Continuously seek ways to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
- Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and iteration based on data and user research.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or related role in a tech company.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development processes.
- Experience working with modern tech stacks, SaaS, or digital products.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, globally distributed teams.
- Technical background (CS degree or hands-on experience working with developers).
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Notion, and Miro.
- Knowledge of AI, cloud computing, and emerging tech trends.
