Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive research and intelligence to drive logo and revenue acquisition

A] Research and develop GTM packages for various use cases of the product by deeply understanding the market, product and JTBDs of the users/buyers

B] Craft compelling messaging and create internal documents to drive consistent messaging across the execution team


2. Play an active role in translating the research and messaging into market facing content and collateral

A] Actively contribute to content and campaign strategy by collaborating with content and demand teams

B] Collaborate with product and rest of marketing to craft compelling narratives to drive GTM efforts for acquiring and retaining customers

C] Enable sales teams to improve win rates and reduce sales cycles with relevant and timely content for various stages of the buying journey


3. Drive customer advocacy and expansion revenue by collaborating with success, product and sales teams

A] Identify and develop advocates in the customer base to fuel case studies, referrals, CAB recruits and evangelists

B]Work with Customer Success and product teams team to drive campaigns for usage, adoption and renewals


What you’ll bring to the table:

4-6 years of experience in product marketing, or consulting/pre-sales

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Excellent storytelling

Love for marketing can wax eloquent about their favorite marketing narratives

Ability to do deep research, assimilate and convey insights simply

Grit and curiosity to learn new topics in great depth
