Pilot the development of new products for the Electronics market in compliance with technical & safety standards, ensuring delivery on time and on budget.
Ensure continuous improvement of product performance and competitiveness (CAPEX, OPEX, reliability) to meet customer expectations.
Provide support to the Solutions development team during bidding phases and ensure product sustainability and replicability.
Manage product deployment during industrialization, coordinating with Project Directors and stakeholders in Manufacturing, Operations, and other E&C centers.
Identify internal pain points and market weaknesses versus competition to adapt product offerings.
あなたは適切な人ですか。Master's degree in Engineering science (Generalist, Process, Mechanics, or Chemistry).
5+ years of experience in the Gas industry.
Mandatory experience in an Engineering & Construction company and in Project Engineering or Product Management.
Good understanding of Engineering, Site work, and Plant operation & maintenance.
Fluent in English.
Strong ability to analyze, synthesize, plan, and organize (Autonomous).
Experience in transversal management and the Electronics market is a plus.
Open to innovative thinking, eager to share knowledge, and willing to travel (domestic/international).
