Location

Bangalore/India (We work in a hybrid setup and are open to remote roles for the right candidates.)

About the Role & Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of product management for specific product areas, including roadmap planning, release planning, gathering information for use cases, competitive analysis, GTM enablement, and creating whitepapers or blogs.
• Build and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with customers, identify and analyze their needs, and manage the product lifecycle accordingly.
• Prioritize development efforts based on market needs, competitive analysis, and thought leadership.
• Develop product roadmaps, drive execution to achieve results, and manage outcomes effectively.
• Gain a deep understanding of the market and competition.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to drive scale and growth.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively across geographies with various teams.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Strong technical knowledge in the security domain (e.g., Web App and API Protection, Vulnerability Management, Shift-left Security, Runtime Protection, OWASP Top 10, API Security, etc.).
• Familiarity with common API implementation approaches such as REST, GraphQL, and OpenAPI specifications.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP) and building SaaS products on these platforms.
• Experience in building features that leverage supervised or unsupervised machine learning is a plus.

Qualifications

• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 8+ years of product management experience with modern SaaS products.
• Proven experience in building features from scratch.
• A successful track record of managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in an agile, fast-paced startup environment.
• Practical understanding of cybersecurity ecosystems, attack techniques, vulnerabilities, and cloud security (advantageous).
