Mitratech is seeking a Product Manager to lead an agile team for Mitratech’s Acuity ELM solution. You will partner with Support, Services and Engineering to drive client satisfaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Leverage Aha and work with stakeholders to identify features and build roadmap
- Perform discovery on features in order to create high quality stories
- Create appropriate PM artifacts related to features/stories
- Manage and prioritize a backlog to maximize client retention
- Partner with Support and Services to drive client satisfaction
- Partner with peer product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to convert Acuity clients to other Mitratech solutions when appropriate
- You will lead all scrum team activities and manage related artifacts.
- You will guide delivery team to execute on defined requirements, remove blocking issues from day-to-day operations of the team, and identify and communicate risks
- You will be responsible for product release planning and release notes
- Facilitate technical problem solving, discussions, decision making and conflict resolution.
Requirements & Skills:
- At least 2 - 3 years product management experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences and across stakeholders and clients in the USA
- Understand how to drive team (engineering, cross-functional) success in a remote-first & internationally diverse (global time-zones) environment
- Strong project management skills; document, socialize & archive product artifacts
- Familiar with common development and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, ProductBoard and Aha!
