The Principal Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of a specific product or feature within a larger suite, such as Vantage, FlexiCapture, or Timeline. This role defines the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features that delight users. The Product Manager balances customer needs with business objectives to ensure product success and drive overall growth. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Define Product Vision: Establish and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with company goals
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with engineering and design teams to create detailed product requirements and ensure successful implementation
  • User Research: Conduct user research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions and refine features
  • Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog, prioritize features based on customer impact and business goals, and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance metrics, analyze data, and iterate on product features based on user feedback and market trends
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, roadblocks, and future plans to ensure transparency and alignment

Required Qualifications: 

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in product management or a related field
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within deadlines
  • User-Centric Mindset: Strong understanding of user experience and design principles, with a passion for creating products that resonate with users
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions to improve product offerings
