As a Vice President, Product Manager in the AI for Data Management team, you will collaborate with firmwide teams, business lines, and corporate functions to identify opportunities and design AI solutions. Job Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision, objectives, value propositions, and roadmap based on a deep understanding of customer needs, industry landscape, and regulatory environment.
- Build, lead, and nurture the product and engineering teams that will support the delivery of your product and vision.
- Define problem space to develop product requirements and value propositions.
- Create and maintain a prioritized backlog based on customer research and data analysis.
- Build a go-to-market strategy and product collaterals for business development teams.
- Deliver written, visual, and oral presentations of modeling results to business and technical stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the latest research in LLM, ML, and data science, leveraging emerging techniques for ongoing enhancement.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Formal training or certification in Product management concepts and 6+ years applied experience
- Curiosity and ability to think "outside the box" while applying a rigorous, data-led approach to product management and innovation.
- Hands-on approach, including sketching prototypes or writing logic to explain ideas and testing products.
- Ability to analyze and improve processes and productize AI model solutions.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate business needs to technical leadership and technical issues to business leadership.
- Strong attention to detail and quality, with excellent written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Proficiency in data management tools.
- Familiarity with data governance and regulatory requirements (e.g., BCBS 239, GDPR, CCPA).
- Experience in building AI-led solutions for productivity tooling or automation, understanding regulatory constraints on AI use.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and partner with data scientists and engineers to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
