As an RF Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the validation, calibration, and performance of RF test systems supporting 4G/5G radio manufacturing. Working closely with global teams, you will contribute to troubleshooting, continuous improvement initiatives, and production readiness activities that enhance quality, efficiency, and operational performance.
Responsibilities- Support the validation, maintenance, and calibration of RF testers to ensure production readiness.
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of TRx, PA, LNA, and filter systems.
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve technical issues and improve production processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tester performance and reduce costs.
- Manage asset inventories and logistics to support efficient resource utilization.
- Apply RF circuit knowledge and debugging techniques to support issue resolution and process optimization.
- Participate in cross-functional reviews and knowledge-sharing activities with global stakeholders.
- Support EMS sites with RF tester installation, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
You have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with 10–12 years of experience in radio products, including TRx, PA, and filters.
- Experience in power amplifier circuit analysis and debugging.
- Hands-on experience with RF test instruments and tester calibration.
- Proficiency in tester installation, validation, and production support activities.
- Experience supporting asset management and global production readiness initiatives.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Knowledge of 4G/5G radio systems and manufacturing environments.
- Experience leading continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
