The Role

The Product Designer will help elevate our visual style and to improve the workflow of our product. Reporting to our Product Design Manager, you’ll be using your design chops to build and define our product for diverse use cases at the highest level of complexity.

Responsibilities

  • Product knowledge: You’ll need to understand the technology and features of the product deeply. You will need to grow your knowledge of compliances like SOC2 and the context in which our customers use Sprinto.
  • UX Research: You are naturally curious about how customers perceive the problem you are trying to solve and whether the solution you designed works in the real world.
  • Deliverables: You will own the design of a feature and work on the User experience, Detail design and the micro UX copy for the same. Some of the key deliverables are (Process flows, Lo-fi mockups, High fidelity mockups, Prototyping, Design spec documentation, Micro copy etc.).
  • Design system: You will be a key participant in adding to and maintaining the design system.
  • Usability: You enjoy looking for the little details, identifying small and large usability issues and finding ways to solve them.

Requirements

  • 4 + years of experience in designing enterprise business applications and/or complex B2B SaaS applications.
  • A big bonus is if you have experience building and maintaining a design system, especially if you did that on top of an existing library like the ant. design.
  • You understand that form follows function.
