The Role

Lead a team that has a passion for designing intuitive experiences leveraging prototyping techniques, empathy, and research with a test & learn mindset. You will have a passion for coaching designers and partners in empathizing with customer problems, and how to diagnose them with data and treat them through design.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of designers, encourage best practices in process and methodology, and deliver against business KPIs and customer needs
  • Coach team to use established design system, style guides, patterns, and assets in the creation of UX deliverables
  • Create customer-centric experiences and user-friendly features, partnering with other Product Designers, product and development teams to create and ship on a regular basis
  • Deliver best-in-class product design with a focus on our native mobile app for end consumers
  • Produce design assets that include user flows, wireframes, low/high-fidelity comps, design prototypes, and design specifications.
  • Lead projects beyond the scope of the immediate roadmap, working with other designers and stakeholders to identify and validate user problems and work toward durable solutions

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Has experience working with Design Systems and thinks and designs at a system level, not just interface elements or pages
  • Experience with usability research, gathering requirements and rapidly translating information and insights into design experiments, solutions, and artifacts (diagrams, flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, usability tests, visual design, etc.)
  • Fluency in Figma (bonus: other UX/UI tools)

Our vision is to build a new financial ecosystem where everyone can participate on equal footing and access the tools they need to be financially healthy. We strongly believe that inclusion fosters innovation and we’re proud to have a diverse global team that represents a multitude of backgrounds, cultures, and experience. We hire talented people regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
