Role Description
The Product Automation Analyst will play a pivotal role at the intersection of data, AI, and product delivery, shaping Allica Bank’s next-generation digital experiences for SMEs. You’ll gather and translate complex requirements into clear, data-informed insights for the Senior Product Owner and Head of Digital Operations, then collaborate with our agile development team to bring them to life.
You will be both a data storyteller and a technical innovator, using Large Language Models (LLMs), data pipelines, and automation tools to uncover insights, accelerate analysis, and visualise complex findings. You’ll help shape the roadmap, prioritise enhancements, support sprint delivery, and provide data-backed validation that features are ready for production through UAT and performance analysis. Ultimately, you’ll build intelligent, automated, and insight-rich systems that enable the bank to move with speed, precision, and creativity in a highly competitive SME market.
In addition, you will also employ your skills as an entry level engineer to propose solutions through vibe coded and self built code snippets to both prove theories and assist in physical delivery of objectives.
