JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Product Analyst II to fully understand and analyze both internal and external customer needs and then articulate those needs to the development team via user stories. As a product management team member embedded in energetic agile teams of Software and QA Engineers, you will serve as the interface between our customers and product managers/owners and your development teams throughout the planning and software development process.
You will collaborate closely with product managers and product owners as a focused product team to address the problems/needs of internal and external customers that may be effectively resolved with technology solutions. You'll working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and others to elaborate requirements and document proposed software solutions for a prioritized backlog of features and stories. Qualifications:
We need Product Analysts that:• Have the ability to define problems, collect data, analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions• Understand business drivers, future customer needs and competitive challenge• Have the ability to define problems, collect data, analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions• Understand business drivers, future customer needs and competitive challenge• Understand web and database technologies, including business and technical data architecture• Have experience in data analysis, with experience with data migrations/conversions a plus• Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, specifically the ability to investigate issues with keen attention to detail• Thrive on responsibility and display a drive for results• Enjoy having fun, make things happen, and dream big• Work collaboratively with others to accomplish goals• Demonstrate a flare for innovation and creativity• Have strong time management and organizational skills• Can communicate complex concepts to all levels of an organization and customers• Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals clearly and effectively• 2.5 -5 years' experience, preferably with business and data analysis for web-based software

Commission plans are tailored to each sales role but common components include quota, MBO's and ABPMs. Salespeople receive their formal compensation plan within 30 days of hire.
