Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Procurement / Strategic Sourcing professional to manage category strategies, sourcing initiatives, supplier relationships, negotiations, and procurement projects while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category management and sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and business objectives.
- Lead complex RFP/RFI/RFQ and supplier selection processes.
- Manage supplier negotiations, contracts, performance, spend, and risk.
- Collaborate with Legal, Information Security, Third-Party Governance, and business teams to drive agreements through the Source-to-Pay process.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track spend, savings, KPIs, and supplier performance.
- Lead cross-functional procurement initiatives and manage strategic relationships with key business units.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Procurement / Strategic Sourcing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Strong experience in category management, sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Experience with eSourcing, spend analytics, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Proven ability to lead complex sourcing events and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with PST hours.
Preferred:
- MBA or Master’s degree.
- Procurement certification such as CPSM, CIPS, or CSP.
- Experience with Oracle/P2P systems, Workday Sourcing, Levelpath, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
- Strong project management and enterprise procurement experience.
