1. 生产工艺管理- 建立、维护和优化生产工艺标准及作业指导文件。
- 监控生产过程关键工艺参数（CPP），确保工艺合规受控。
- 提供日常生产技术支持，解决生产过程中的工艺异常。
- 组织工艺偏差调查，制定并跟踪纠正预防措施（CAPA）。
- 分析生产效率、设备利用率、质量损失及物料损耗数据。
- 推动精益生产、KOE、TWM等持续改善项目。
- 识别并实施降低制造成本、减少浪费和提升OEE的改善方案。
- 推动数字化和自动化解决方案在生产现场落地。
- 参与新品开发及工艺可制造性评估。
- 负责试车方案制定、工艺验证及生产放大。
- 协调研发、质量、生产和供应链团队完成新品转移。
- 支持项目按计划实现Speed to Market目标。
- 开展工艺确认、工艺验证及再验证活动。
- 负责工艺变更评估及实施。
- 评估生产设备、原材料或包装材料变更对产品质量的影响。
- 编制验证报告并跟踪改善措施。
- 确保生产工艺符合GMP、EHS及公司相关要求。
- 配合内外部审计及检查工作。
- 支持质量问题调查及根因分析。
- 推动生产过程质量持续改善。
- 为生产人员开展工艺和操作培训。
- 编制和更新工艺相关SOP、WI及培训材料。
- 指导现场操作人员正确执行工艺要求。
