Coordinates and monitors daily operational processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and SOPs. Tracks timelines, follows up on pending tasks, maintains documentation and MIS records, prepares recurring reports, identifies process gaps, and recommends efficiency improvements. The role coordinates across Sales, Production, Dispatch, Purchasing, Accounts, and Customer Service teams, supports new system and procedure implementation, and handles data entry, administrative tasks, and record management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational processes.
- Ensure all business processes are followed as per company policies and SOPs.
- Track process timelines and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, Purchase, Accounts, and Customer Service teams.
- Maintain process documentation, reports, and MIS records.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for better efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Follow up with internal departments to resolve pending issues.
- Monitor process compliance and maintain quality standards.
- Assist management in implementing new systems and operational procedures.
