- Focus on requirement analysis and solution definition, working closely with industry forums, Product Managers, and customers.
- Own the architecture and design of the product, ensuring solutions adhere to the overall architecture.
- Analyze and debug critical customer issues, with a strong emphasis on performance and project quality targets.
- Provide technical consultation for design and development in the VoIP/SIP/H248 domain.
- Contribute to R&D efficiency improvements and propose innovative ideas.
- Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to enhance products and services.
- Manage technical requirements and deliver controlled production releases.
- Retain technical knowledge and apply quality standards, participating in process improvements.
- Lead and guide a team of specialists, providing best practice resources and expertise.
- Handle day-to-day staff management and resource allocation.
- 12+ years of experience in analysis and design, with a strong background in telecommunications, electronic engineering, or computer science.
- Expertise in RFC3261, RFC4566, RFC5359, RFC3263, and RFC5626.
- Deep understanding of DNS, RTP, DHCP, SRTP, and SIPS protocols.
- Good understanding of POTS/VoIP integration, RJ11, and Z-interface specs.
- Development and debugging experience in C/C++.
- Knowledge of different SoC architectures and tool chains, and the ability to collaborate with vendors.
- Understanding of IPV4/IPV6 addressing and TCP/IP, with basic L2/L3 routing knowledge.
- Experience with xDSL, GPON, and IPDSLAM products is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, with a strong academic background.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a team.
