Job Description

As an Implementation Project Manager, you will lead enterprise-level implementations of Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM platform. This role focuses on project governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence rather than technical configuration. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives, while driving adoption and value realization.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Governance & Reporting: Track progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Scope & Change Control: Maintain project scope, manage change requests, and ensure proper documentation.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between internal teams (Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, Product) and client teams.

Value Delivery: Ensure implementations meet business objectives and drive measurable outcomes for clients.

Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve project challenges promptly to maintain momentum and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in project management for CCAAS/UCAAS/SaaS or enterprise software implementations.

• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects with global stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagement.

• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).

• PMP or similar certification strongly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Familiarity with SaaS concepts and digital transformation (technical depth not required).
