Position Overview

Reporting to the Head of Marketing for India & SAARC, this role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive field marketing strategies and programs that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition for Autodesk solutions for Manufacturing and Media & Entertainment across key industry segments and personas. This role will focus on audience-centric marketing strategies, driving product and industry marketing initiatives, and creating compelling marketing programs to generate demand and achieve revenue goals. The individual will be a key senior member of the marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical sales, digital marketing, industry strategy, and partner teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing efforts. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, hands-on demand generation expertise, and a proven track record of driving results in a complex but collaborative team environment, knowing that their contributions significantly impact regional outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue impact through strategic demand generation initiatives
  • Own the local marketing strategy, planning, and execution of field marketing programs and targeted campaigns to drive market penetration in the Volume segment for Autodesk Product Design & Manufacturing and Media & Entertainment
  • Develop targeted marketing strategies for different audience segments, including engineers, designers, IT, and R&D
  • Utilize data-driven insights to understand audience needs and preferences and tailor marketing efforts accordingly
  • Develop and implement field marketing programs, webinars, and events by working closely with regional demand generation, content marketing, product marketing, and sales to align with regional business strategies
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and events
  • Measure and analyze marketing program performance, adjust strategies to maximize ROI, and achieve marketing goals
  • Report and present monthly and quarterly marketing results and highlights for internal audiences
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution
  • Support creation and production of value-driven content for local thought leadership and localize campaigns and content for India
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment and collaboration on key initiatives
  • Advocate for marketing priorities and secure necessary resources while navigating complex organizational dynamics
  • Work with the Partner Marketing & Channel team to ensure partners execute marketing programs aligned with business priorities in Territory, including correct allocation of MDP resources
  • Manage and own the respective marketing budget and local agencies

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 14-16 years of experience in B2B tech marketing with expertise in the Volume segment
  • Experience creating and executing growth strategies for businesses with knowledge of both Field Marketing and Digital Marketing
  • Proven experience creating and implementing effective marketing strategies with significant organizational impact
  • Strong problem-solving and budget management skills to ensure optimal spend against business priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative, trustworthy relationships across functions and geographies to achieve shared business objectives
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, self-starter with a strong blend of creativity and analytical skills
