• 不具合品の再現検証、要因の解析
• マグナ海外開発チームが実施した電子部品の評価結果をもとに日本語の報告書を作成
• 電子部品の代替部品選定時の品質、信頼性評価・判断、および顧客への技術説明
• 新規ソフトウェア開発時の電気・電子技術者としてのソフトウェア開発サポート

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

• ハードウェア・エンジニアとして顧客に技術説明が可能
  • 電子機器のハードウェア開発・設計の実務経験
  • 自動車に搭載する電装品の量産開発、市場不具合の評価経験

• 電子部品のハードウェア設計技術者として即戦力となる方
• 主体的に障害解析業務、製品評価業務に携わることのできる方
• 品質部門、調達部門、製造部門と協調して業務を遂行できる方
• 英語で海外の技術者とコミュニケーションがとれる（メールは必須、会話で意思疎通ができることが望ましい）
• ビジネスレベルの日本語（顧客とのコミュニケーション必須）

Soft Skills

• 若い技術者をリードしていくマインドをお持ちの方

Education:

• 大卒、高専（電気・電子工学系）もしくは同等の知識・経験
