Description:
We are looking to hire a Test Engineer in AMS who will be responsible for
- Works with product ownership team, as well as developers, to analyze and clearly document business requirements, process and related business rules
- Communicate effectively with team members and stake holders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
- Manage QA Test Plan and Suites and perform QA Testing (Manual and Automated) for the product releases
- Design Automation test scripts ensuring proper coverage of Regression is achieved
- Expertise in UI Automation using Selenium Webdriver and Java (with strong OOPS concepts)
- Experience in WebdriverIO, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of BDD framework
- Trouble shooting automation script issues
- Creating framework and utilities for Automation Engineers
- Knowledge in versioning tool GIT/GITLAB
- Understanding of CI/CD pipeline
- Execution of test scripts and reporting the regression test results to the team on a daily basis
- Investigate technical problems and needs and determine possible solutions
- Document test results, defect logs and issue logs wherever possible
- Status reporting to the Manager
- Support End User UAT sign off
We will count on you to:
- Communicate effectively with team members and stake holders
- Excellent knowledge and experience of automation testing techniques
- Ensuring that consistent quality and completion of testing process is achieved through Automation
- Liaise with the Test Manager, QA team and development team on a daily basis
- Define and maintain automation scripts for Regression test suite.
- To manage and work with scrum stakeholders
- To own and support MMC initiatives along with the test leads
What you need to have:
- Good understanding of Software lifecycle, Agile concepts
- Knowledge/experience on test automation frameworks - Selenium, WebDriverIO, TDD, BDD
- Experience using ADO for Work Item Management
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Adaptability to learn new skills
- Self-Driven
