Typical Experience:

- Involvement in building project scope – Inputs on Primary Research in terms of sample composition, sample size, type of primary outreach (How, Who, How many)
- Project support – responsible for identification, recruitment, and scheduling interviews with relevant stakeholders
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders, moderation
- Experience of building surveys (in platforms such as Qualtrics, Surveymonkey, etc.)
- Overseeing QC of transcripts and coordination with transcription agencies
- Administrative support – Responsible of maintaining internal expert database & workspace
- Relationship management - Vendors-transcription, primary outreach, moderation
Skill and Expertise:
- Understanding of Pharma market
- Strong Communication and ability to build and develop working relationships across functional groups
Primary Responsibilities:
- Overall management of projects in terms of timelines, requirements per project objectives
- Coordination with internal (project teams) and External (respondents for PMR, moderators and agencies) stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects
- Guiding team member(s) for transcription QC, Coordination with vendors
- Following company protocols to process honoraria of primary research participants
- Administrative support – Responsible of maintaining internal expert database & workspace
- Experience of building surveys (in platforms such as Qualtrics, Surveymonkey, etc.)
- Building processes to ensure smooth project delivery, follow protocols and set Quality parameters
- Experience in analysis of PMR data would be an added advantage
