We are seeking a Principal Product Manager with 10+ years of experience, including at least 2+ years in HR SaaS applications, to lead the development of an innovative HR analytics platform. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing and delivering solutions that empower organizations with actionable workforce insights and help HR teams make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of an advanced HR analytics platform tailored to address key customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions that provide actionable insights into workforce trends, performance, and engagement.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for leveraging HR data to improve decision-making.
  • Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals.
  • Utilize user research, customer feedback, and data to inform product direction and enhance the analytics experience.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in workforce analytics, benchmarking, and HR technology to drive innovation.
  • Ensure successful delivery of HR-focused analytics solutions while tracking product success metrics and driving measurable outcomes for customers.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in HR SaaS applications.
  • Strong experience in designing and building analytics platforms, with a focus on HR or related domains.
  • Deep understanding of HR tech trends, including workforce analytics, predictive insights, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Proven track record of leading strategy, development, and successful launches of data-driven platforms or solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen focus on user experience and customer value.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in agile environments and delivering high-quality, innovative products.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, including international travel.

  • Remote - 100% remote. Role can be done anywhere within your country of hire, as long as the requirements of the role are met.
