Job Summary:
Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is a leading global provider of environmental, health, safety, risk, and social consulting services. We are currently seeking an outstanding professional to join our New Delhi, India team as a PMO Team Lead. You will be responsible for driving project excellence across designated initiatives, ensuring alignment with ERM’s safety, governance, and performance standards. You will lead low to moderately complex projects across various geographies, support project teams in delivering high-quality outcomes, and contribute to business growth through strategic project oversight and opportunity identification.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead project teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- Ensure visibility of project objectives and expected benefits for both ERM and the client.
- Apply ERM’s project governance systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, PLAN, GMS) effectively.
Health, Safety & Risk Management
- Champion ERM’s commitment to health and safety, ensuring compliance with ERM and client safety protocols.
- Demonstrate visible safety leadership and contribute to zero Lost Time Injuries (LTIs) through active engagement with ECS and leadership audits.
Commercial & Strategic Impact
- Meet personal billability and sales contribution targets.
- Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within projects, including change orders and future sales leads.
- Support profitability through efficient project execution and scope management.
Team Engagement & Development
- Foster a culture of collaboration, wellbeing, and engagement within project teams.
- Build the team’s reputation for project management excellence within ERM.
Governance & Decision-Making
- Operate within ERM’s governance framework, including the PiC/PM model and authorization levels.
- Collaborate with colleagues to inform decision-making and ensure effective project delivery.
- Empowered to stop any work activity that presents a danger to the team or public, in line with ERM policy.
Scope & Impact:
- Responsible for projects of low to moderate complexity, scale, and risk across multiple countries.
- Direct and indirect impact on business results through safety performance, project efficiency, client satisfaction, and future sales generation.
