The Role:


We are looking for a talented Performance Media Manager to join our media team at Haleon, a leading Healthcare company in India. This role will focus on optimizing and analyzing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (search, social, display, programmatic, etc.), driving performance-based results, and providing actionable insights to enhance ROI. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, data- driven, and passionate about leveraging digital marketing strategies to support business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Campaign Performance management: Oversee and analyze performance of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, programmatic platforms, affiliate marketing, and email campaigns.

  • Data Integration & Optimization: Integrate data from different digital touchpoints, platforms, and CRM systems. Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to improve cost efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Leverage customer data, including demographic, psychographic, and behavioral insights, to develop audience segments. Use data-driven insights to enhance targeting, personalization, and campaign relevance across digital channels.

  • Real time Campaign Optimization: Implement and manage attribution models to determine the contribution of various digital touchpoints to conversions. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of each touchpoint within the customer journey, ensuring optimal budget allocation

  • Optimizing Paid Search: Experience analyzing the performance of PPC campaigns using tools like Google Ads or Bing Ads. Tracking organic vs. paid search traffic, keyword rankings, and content performance

  • Digital Tools & Platform Management: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends. Manage and leverage digital marketing technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.

  • Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and present detailed performance reports and dashboards to senior management, showcasing campaign results, insights, and ROI. Ensure data is presented clearly and aligns with business objectives, providing actionable insights

  • Internal Use Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the brand, content, product, and sales teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader marketing strategies. Collaborate with externalmedia agencies and partners to ensure media buys are optimized for performance

  • Required Qualifications:

  • - MBA degree from a reputed institution. Advanced degree or additional certifications in Digital

  • Marketing, Data Analytics, or Performance Marketing is a plus.

  • - 8-10 years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, analytics, or growth

  • marketing, preferably in Quick commerce, Startup, direct-to-consumer (D2C) models is a plus.

  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (DV360, Adwords, Facebook, Trade Desk, Amazon)

  • Deep Understanding of Programmatic/ Social/ Search/ D-comm and 1P/2P data sources

  • Deep Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and search advertising strategies

  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CPL, CVR, and CLV

  • Expertise in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools)

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms

  • Familiarity with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and landing page optimization

  • Ability to analyze large data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations

  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting, data manipulation, and analysis

  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital touchpoints, and customer journey analysis

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple

  • campaigns simultaneously
