With millions of users across the globe, we process over $1B in monthly transactions to 30+ countries, proving that borders shouldn't limit financial opportunity.

The Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and drive user acquisition across our key Anglophone African corridors — primarily Nigeria, with reach into Kenya and Ghana. You'll sit within our core Growth function, reporting to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, and work cross-functionally to push paid channel performance forward.

This is a hands-on role for someone who moves fast, thinks in data, and knows how to turn creative into growth. You won't be waiting to be told what to do — you'll be the one telling us what needs doing next.

How You'll Contribute

Campaign Ownership and Execution

- Take full ownership of paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant paid channels

- Manage campaign planning, audience strategy, budget allocation, optimisation, and scaling

- Identify new acquisition opportunities — channels, audiences, formats — to accelerate growth

- Support broader global acquisition across Google App Campaigns (UAC/GAC), Apple Search Ads (ASA), DSPs, and emerging channels where needed

- Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Brand, CRM, and Creative teams to drive growth aligned with key business objectives

Creative Strategy and Content Development

- Own the creative roadmap for your campaigns, maintaining a continuous pipeline of fresh, high-performing assets

- Partner with in-house creative teams, regional growth members, and external creators to deliver content that is locally relevant and culturally resonant

- Develop creative briefs for static, video, and UGC content informed by performance data and audience insights

- Repurpose existing creator and influencer content into performance-driven assets

- Translate performance insights into actionable creative recommendations and iterate rapidly

Performance Measurement and Analytics

- Monitor acquisition performance across paid channels and optimise toward CAC and other key efficiency targets

- Leverage MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) and attribution frameworks to evaluate performance and inform budget allocation

- Provide clear performance reporting and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders

- Support broader funnel optimisation across activation and retention

- Work closely with product and data teams to understand user behaviour and improve campaign effectiveness

Experimentation and Growth Initiatives

- Build and execute structured testing plans across audiences, bidding strategies, creatives, landing experiences, and acquisition channels

- Identify and validate new growth opportunities through rigorous experimentation

- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, privacy changes, and emerging growth tactics

- Analytical and Data-Driven: You use data to make decisions, prioritise opportunities, and continuously optimise performance against business goals

- Experimentation Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace testing, and are constantly exploring new audiences, formats, channels, and creative approaches

- Collaborative: You work effectively with creative, marketing, and data teams to turn ideas into scalable growth opportunities

What You'll Bring

Requirements (non-negotiable):

- 2-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing and paid acquisition

- Proven experience managing acquisition campaigns for a consumer mobile app, including understanding of mobile measurement, attribution, and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch)

- Strong creative strategy skills and experience developing performance-driven content

- Experience working across multiple international markets

- Highly self-directed with a strong bias toward action and execution

Nice to Have:

- Experience in fintech, remittance, payments, banking, or other regulated consumer products

- Familiarity with incrementality testing, MMM, or advanced measurement frameworks
