Company Overview:
Blink Health is the fastest growing healthcare technology company that builds products to make prescriptions accessible and affordable to everybody.  Our two primary products – BlinkRx and Quick Save – remove traditional roadblocks within the current prescription supply chain, resulting in better access to critical medications and improved health outcomes for patients.
BlinkRx is the world’s first pharma-to-patient cloud that offers a digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications. Patients benefit from transparent low prices, free home delivery, and world-class support on this first-of-its-kind centralized platform. With BlinkRx, never again will a patient show up at the pharmacy only to discover that they can’t afford their medication, their doctor needs to fill out a form for them, or the pharmacy doesn’t have the medication in stock.
We are a highly collaborative team of builders and operators who invent new ways of working in an industry that historically has resisted innovation. Join us!

Reporting Analyst (Contractor) — Bangalore, India

About the Role

We are hiring a Reporting Analyst to join our People Systems & Analytics team. You will build and manage workforce reports in Workday, clean up and standardize our reporting environment, and handle complex data requests from HR and business teams. You will work closely with the People Systems & Analytics team to improve how we use Workday.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) for HR and business stakeholders.
  • Handle Tier 2 and Tier 3 data requests — complex questions that need deep analysis and investigation.
  • Audit and clean up report definitions, calculated fields, and shared report libraries to reduce duplication and improve consistency.
  • Set and maintain naming standards and field definitions across Workday reporting.
  • Work with the People Systems & Analytics team to improve Workday configuration and data quality.
  • Turn business requirements into clear, well-documented reporting solutions.
  • Build dashboards and visualizations that are easy for non-technical users to understand.
  • Work within a structured project process — requirements gathering, development, testing, and documentation.
  • Find and flag data issues across systems.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) and Cursor to assist with analysis, scripting, and documentation tasks.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years in reporting, analytics, or a related data role.
  • Workday reporting experience across Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, and Advanced Compensation modules — Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports required; certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Workday calculated fields (global and in-report), report sharing, and report administration.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker — or demonstrated ability to build clear, audience-ready dashboards.
  • Experience working within a project management framework (requirements, development, testing).
  • Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace — Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Apps Script.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Skills in SQL, Python, JavaScript, or Google Apps Script are a plus — these are not required but will help you work faster and more independently.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with a Workday HCM implementation.
  • Workforce or people analytics experience (headcount, attrition, talent).
  • Familiarity with Databricks or Snowflake.
  • Workday Report Writer or HCM certification.
  • Workday Prism Analytics experience.
  • Experience with Cursor or similar AI-assisted coding tools.

Team Structure

This role reports to the People Systems & Analytics team and is shared between People Systems & Analytics and People Operations. Day-to-day work will come from both teams.

Work Schedule

This is a split-shift role totaling 8 hours per day:

  • 4 hours overlap with US East Coast business hours (evenings IST)
  • 4 hours during standard IST business hours

Candidates must be comfortable working a flexible schedule that includes evening hours on weekdays.

Why Join Us:
It is rare to have a company that both deeply impacts its customers and is able to provide its services across a massive population.  At Blink, we have a huge impact on people when they are most vulnerable: at the intersection of their healthcare and finances. We are also the fastest growing healthcare company in the country and are driving that impact across millions of new patients every year.  Our business model not only helps people, but drives economics that allow us to build a generational company. We are a relentlessly learning, constantly curious, and aggressively collaborative cross-functional team dedicated to inventing new ways to improve the lives of our customers.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity of all kinds. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
Applicants who provide their phone number and consent to receive text messages may receive SMS or MMS updates from Blink Health regarding their application.
