Patent Search Senior Analyst

We are looking for a Patent Search Senior Analyst to join our IP Search Team in Noida. This is a great opportunity to work with Fortune 100 clients to support them on various phases in IP Life cycle management The candidate will work in the field of intellectual property (IP/Patents) domain where he/she will work on various project such as patent and non-patent prior art searching, infringement analysis, market research, white space analysis, evidence of use projects, competitor monitoring, freedom-to-operate searches, standard mapping projects etc. The candidate should also possess curiosity to understand technology markets, complete ecosystems, product implementations and the underlying trends driving them, and a passion for creative, strategic thinking about the future of our client’s business with an interest in learning about patents and intellectual property.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

• BE/B. Tech/M. Tech (Computer Science) Mandatory
• Minimum 0-2 years of experience in IPR domain
• End to end ownership of work products.
• Effective project communication with relevant stakeholders
• Adherence with governance framework
• Contributing to client’s strategy development process by applying your technical proficiency and creative problem-solving skills to recognize market trends, opportunities and threats.

It would be great if you also had . . .

• PhD in Computers/IT or related field
• IP and/or AI/ML related certifications   
• Knowledge of US, CN and EP patent law

What will you be doing in this role ?

• Preparing reports by performing various patent searches and technical analysis to support clients.
• Preparing Patent to product mapping charts by performing analysis, reverse engineering, testing and investigations on technologies that are being deployed and or used widely in industry.
• Identifying and analysing patents in client’s portfolio that may be relevant to technologies that are being deployed and/or used widely in industry.

• Updating your technical skill set and hands-on subject matter expertise in the technologies that are being deployed and/or used widely in industry.

Hours of Work  

• This is a full-time role requiring 40 working hours (excluding breaks) per week based out of Noida, India (IST).
• Work Mode-Hybrid.
