Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Partner Development Manager Lead to join our Digital Business Unit team.
In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading our partner strategy in India, specifically working with Cloud, Independent Software Vendor (ISV), Consulting and System Integrator (SI) Partners to drive revenue and positive customer outcomes. As a lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing, guiding, and mentoring a high-performing team, ensuring our collective direction aligns with Iron Mountain’s ambitious digital growth strategies.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead and Mentor: Direct the coordination of the India partner team, prioritizing focus areas and acting as the primary escalation point for complex partner-related issues to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Drive Strategic Partnerships: Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) plans with major Cloud partners—including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure—to create an incremental sales pipeline through strategic account alignment.
Optimize Sales Ecosystems: Manage joint sales processes between Iron Mountain and partner teams, ensuring accurate forecasting within SFDC and enabling sales teams with the technical and pre-sales knowledge required to grow recurring Software as a Service (SaaS) revenue.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
8+ years of technology sales experience, with a focus on positioning Software as a Service (SaaS) and digital solutions. Previous experience in Partner-focused roles is a must.
Proven Leadership Capability: Experience in managing a team, setting and executing strategy, and a passion for guiding and empowering others to reach their potential.
Deep Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of the India market, specifically within the Public Sector, Financial Services, or Healthcare, and experience working with Global Strategic Integrators (SIs) and Cloud partners.
Consultative Strategic Mindset: A proven ability to engage with C-suite decision-makers and navigate highly matrixed global organizations to achieve shared business outcomes.
