The Software Engineering team delivers next-generation application enhancements and new products for a changing world. What you will do
How You’ll Make an Impact This role is critical for the IT Infrastructure job family, eliminating the current single point of failure by taking ownership of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Cloud Security platforms. You will primarily administer, maintain, and enhance the Okta and Zscaler systems, focusing on lifecycle management, single sign-on (SSO), and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) to protect Boomi’s most sensitive access
You will:
Manage and optimize Okta for enterprise-wide identity lifecycle management and MFA policies.
Configure and maintain Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) environments to ensure secure, Zero Trust connectivity for all global users.
Administer secure credential vaulting and Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems (approx. 10% of scope).
Design and implement federation policies including SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
Integrate diverse SaaS and cloud applications into the central IAM platform
What you’ll need to succeed in this role
5+ years of experience.
Associate or bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience administering enterprise-level IAM/IDM solutions.
Technical Focus: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Okta and Zscaler.
Networking: Strong understanding of network engineering principles, including VPN replacement and cloud-native security.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of SSO, federation, and MFA policy configuration.
Additional experience desired
Okta Certified Administrator or Zscaler Zero Trust Certified Architect (ZTCA).
Automation: Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) for automating security workflows.
Directory Services: Familiarity with Active Directory and LDAP administration.
